A great season boys…..well done.

Its been a hard slog but we have got to the end of the season. It has been by far our best season to date and hopefully we can continue the progression.

Heres the facts….we have scored more goals than last season, we have conceeded less goals than last season, we have got more points than last season, we have competed against all of the sides in the league apart from the top two, we beat the team who are/were third in the league, we completed our first ever league double and we also for the most part kept all 16 players happy.

That in anyones book is a sucessfull season.

Who knows what the future holds…that will be sorted in the next couple of weeks.

Well done again…be proud of yourselves because im certainly proud of you.

The season just gets better and better…..

Two minutes from winning three games in a row……then we had to hold on right at the end to get our point. These type of games are the reason we stand out on a grass field when its pouring down with rain and freezing cold. You guys continue to impress and we said before the two Wollaton games that if we peformed well then there was no reason that we couldnt get into double figures and even stay unbeaten until the end of the season. Well you are now just one game away from acheiving that goal and you fully deserve all the praise you get.

Terrific Win Boys….now lets build on it.

Just wanted to say a big well done boys for all your efforts today and through the season so far. We can compete against most teams in this division now but actually turning those competitive performances into victories is very difficult.

Thats two wins now this season and we still have three games to play against teams who we have beat or have been competitive against so there are plenty more points to play for.

Ive never seen us create so many chances as we did today and like aspects of our play……we are still too nice, we are not ruthless enough !

Well done again boys, im proud of you all.

FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC, FANTASTIC !

Well done boys, me and Andy are chuffed to bits for you.

You totally deserved the victory today and it was so nice to see you all so happy after the game.

Today was all about TEAMWORK, it was a TEAM performance where no one individual stood out, we all did our jobs and it made such a difference to the team.

This has been coming for a few weeks now as we have been good for either one half or the other but today we did it for both !

Lets celebrate this one but lets not get carried away, we have set our standards now and we need to live up to them EVERY week and that will only happen through hard work and effort.

Well done again and enjoy the Mcdonalds next sunday !

Frustrating performance today guys. We showed in the second half what we are capable of but if we dont perform in BOTH halfs then we are always going to be up against it.

Yes i had a go at half time but sometimes i think we just give up too easilly and i needed to shake some of you up a little and i think it worked to some extent. Back to basics then on weds night boys…..but yes we’ll still have some fun
