Hucknall Warriors Football Club were rewarded for their exemplary approach to youth football by being invited by Nottingham Forest to attend the game against Ipswich at the City Ground to mark the achievements of their FA Charter Standard Status. Members of all four teams (U9, U11, U15 Red U15 Yellow) were invited on to the pitch to welcome the teams out and then had their photographs taken with the players – that photo will be posted on the website as soon as its received.

Our photo shows the players representing the Warriors at the City Ground  which was both a great honour for the players (all Forest Fans) and a great accolade for Hucknall Warriors Football Club. The club was put forward by the Nottinghamshire FA.

The league tables for the Under 9 and 11 teams are now up. Simply select them from the menus to take a look.

Our under 11s team for 2010/2011 require players for their move up to 11 a side football. Players of all abilities welcome. The focus is on players enjoying their football and commitment and enthusiasm are 100% more important than ability.  We play in the Young Elizabethan league on  Sunday mornings. Highlight of the season trophy was awarded to Austin Baker by the U10′s team.

The highlight was for scoring two goals in their 6-3 defeat to Beeston Centurians in probaly their best performance of the season. A great achievement – well done Austin.
