About Hucknall Warriors FC

Hucknall Warriors FC was founded in May 2006 for the purpose of providing local youth with the opportunity to experience and develop their football skills and to also develop them as individuals too. We provide a pathway to senior football where our senior team compete in the EMPAL league. The aim is to run a professional club for both the players and families, for the enjoyment of all.

Hucknall Warriors FC is affiliated to the Nottinghamshire FA and has a committee dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all players.

We are an FA Charter Standard Club which means we meet the strict criteria set out by the FA in terms of how we run the club and coach the players. Our club is audited by the FA to ensure the high standards are maintained.

Hucknall Warriors FC was awarded the Young Elizabethan Leagues (YEL) “Club of the Year” in 2012.

The club has strong links with both Nottingham Forest and Notts County and their first team players regularly contribute to Warriors Presentation evenings.

In 2018 the club embarked on a formal association with Hucknall Town FC where the two clubs will work closely together to develop local football in the community. The club have pitches at both Holgate School and at Hucknall Town FC, where a move to a new purpose built stadium is planned for 2019.
