Hucknall Warriors Reds went into their final Young Elizabethan under 14′s division 2 game hoping to consolidate their 5th place position and were never really troubled in a one sided game that saw Jack Hutchby open the scoring when he ran with the ball from the half way line, beating several opposition players before leaving the keeper stranded.  A rare breakaway saw Pegasus equalise when Paice Lees made an excellent save only for the rebound to fall to a Pegasus player who made no mistake in slotting the ball home. Minutes later the home side regained their lead , Regan Scott firing the ball over the line from short range before Liam Burley added a third with a ferocious shot that cannoned off the bar into the net.  Warriors defence of Tyler Stafford, Lewis Nixon, Luke Atter and Andreas Kokkinou were rarely tested but had to be alert against a lively Pegasus strike force. Hutchby then completed his hat trick with two further goals; the first with a spectacular shot from outside the penalty area and the second from a free kick that flew into the top of the net.
The second half saw Alex Galloway add to the tally with a shot from an acute angle before Nyran Wright added two more goals , both coming from the right and leaving the keeper with no chance. Luke Cook playing on the left wing posed a constant threat and was unlucky not to get on the score sheet and the visiting keeper also ensured that excellent efforts from Scott and Burley were denied.
Man of the match Hutchby grabbed a fourth and final goal when he again beat several defenders to slot the ball past the visiting keeper. Pegasus grabbed two further deserved goals during the second period also having one shot smartly saved by Lucas Elliott in the Warriors net. An excellent end to a some what mixed season .
